Oaxaca Yahoo Group and Blogs

We have been traveling to Oaxaca for about 10 years and have lived in Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala for the past 3 winters.

This past winter we worked with expats in Oaxaca, Oaxaca, to establish a children's library in the mountains of southern Oaxaca in the village of San Felipe.  You can see a brief YouTube video of it at the following Wordpress Blog.
